Helping Tailor Landscapes Build a Strong Local Customer Base
The Client
With over 20 years’ experience, Tailor Landscapes offers specialist garden design, maintenance, landscaping and building services to homes and businesses looking to create beautiful outdoor spaces.
The Challenge
When Matt moved from London to Worcestershire to be closer to his son, most of his customer base stayed down South. He needed help increasing visibility locally and attracting new customers closer to home.
The aim was to help Tailor Landscapes feel more established locally by building trust online, showcasing Matt’s work and creating a stronger online presence.
The Task
We created a professional website to showcase Matt’s landscaping work and make it easier for local customers to find the business online. Alongside this, I began managing the Facebook page with regular local-focused content and project updates.
The Result
Tailor Landscapes now has a strong local following, with customers regularly recommending and sharing the business online. Matt has built a loyal base of repeat customers and is booked up well in advance for much of the summer.
